GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS

The sale conditions heareafter are expressly approved by the web customer who: - declares and acknowledge beeing perfecty aware of it before placing the order- accepts the said conditions

PRICE
The seller may revise the prices anytime and generally his sale conditions. The prices and the order conditions are those in force at the time of the order validation by the customer.

PAYMENT
Product prices are given in euros and are inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of postage and packaging costs Means of payment : by credit card on the website secured by CMB bank, by cheque from a french bank, by bank transfer.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are indicated in business days. The order will be cared for in 3 to 5 days. Products are delivered by Collissimo (48h for France) to the delivery address given when the order was placed. Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you indicating a parcel number to track your order on www.coliposte.net.

The delivery times cannot be opposed. In case of unusual delay, an e-mail will be sent to you. Tetsuko cannot be responsible for delays due to postal services. If you are paying by cheque, your order will be processed only on when your cheque has cleared. Delivery times are calculated from the date your cheque clears and may therefore differ from times indicated when you placed your order. If you order several products, the longest delivery time is to be taken into account. Products always travel at purchaser's risks. You must check the good state of the product at reception of the parcel. In case of dammaged goods you must refuse the parcel.

RETURN / EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied of your order, we guarantee the replacement or refund of your items on the following conditions:- you have 15 days after the reception of the parcel to send the products back at your own cost- the items must be returned in their original packaging, untouched, clean and without trace of use- you will be refunded the price of the product excluding the initial shipment cost.

RESPONSABILITY
Tetsuko is not responsible for the use or the content of the items ordered in particular in case of breach of local regulations (censorship, restrictions on a title or autor)Our products caracters are likely to be modified or improved any moment. Texts and photos used to present the items on the online shop are not part of the contract.
